Christian Discipleship International hosted its first annual golf tournament on Friday, Oct. 14 at Green Valley Country Club. Golfers and volunteers enjoyed a refreshing fall morning on Green Valley’s historic and private course. Teams competed on 18 spectacular holes of golf and closed out the day with an afternoon cookout and award ceremony. Congratulations to the first place team of John Barnett, Bill Fusco, Doug Luman and Jay Harden.
Following the event, one of the golfers commented, “Great event – especially being the first! CDI is a great organization and I feel that I know a lot more about it after the presentation during the lunch. Looking forward to next year!” We are planning to host this event annually, and we will post next year’s date in January, 2017.
